I was introduced to The Feldenkrais Method about 25 years ago on a Greek island – by the sea, in the early morning sun – and I was hooked. I started attending regular classes on my return to London and considered training as a practitioner in the mid 90’s but life and the demands of career got in the way – I continued with classes and dabbled with other movement disciplines but always returned to Feldenkrais – so different from my objective driven academic training and professional life.
When I finally retired from the NHS, I had the opportunity to take up a place on a new training in Sussex starting in 2012. Since then I qualified to teach Awareness Through Movement classes in August 2015 and completed the four year training in August 2016. I am a member of Feldenkrais Guild UK and subscribe to the code of ethics. I have full professional insurance.
I have been offering classes locally in North London this summer and will continue in the Autumn – see the Schedule for details. I am also offering one to one Functional Integration sessions – please contact me for more information.
