2021 CLASSES ON-LINE Exploring diagonals and rotation

"Movement is life.  Life is a process.  Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself"  Moshe Feldenkrais.

Our sense of the diagonals is key to ease in walking and rotation around our vertical axis an important aspect of posture. These lessons are based on the approach developed by Dr. Feldenkrais to enable each individual to explore and improve their own posture through sensing their individual movement patterns and habits and potentially change them for the better.  The lessons are  accessible to all ages and abilities taking place either lying on the floor or sitting in a chair.

As many of you may miss your weekly lesson - and have plenty of free time, I have made some recommendations on sources for audio lessons.  There are many out there in audio format and on Youtube - these are some which I think are good quality.  All are FREE.
For a big range of shortish lessons (15-30 minutes) go to The UK Feldenkrais Guild: - look for audio lessons.
For very high quality one hour lessons try The Feldenkrais Project: these are extremely well taught by Nick Strauss Klein in Minnesota who has set up this project specifically to give everyone FREE access to Feldenkrais lessons. is a collection of free lessons by different teachers - of varying length.  I particularly like the ones taught by Olena Nitefor.
Alan Questel, Uncommon Sensing: has a mailing list to sign up to and he is currently sending an audio lessons each week - well worth a try.
 For videos on Youtube:
Annie Throe, Sensing Vitality - lots of short video lessons dealing with specific issues e.g. low back pain, improving balance, knee alignment and many more. Very down to earth and clear.
Alfons - Feldenkrais with Alfons - similar a wide range of issue based lessons of varying lengths.  Good lessons and engaging presentation.

There are many more resources out there so you are sure to find something to suit you. I hope you enjoy them and are able to extend your Feldenkrais experience.
