Probably not, but our first months were filled with the joy of movement and the thrill of becoming mobile. In this workshop we will rediscover those pleasures in learning how to organise and use ourselves for ease of movement ... and enjoy the unexpected. The cost for each workshop is £20 or £50 for all 3 paid for in advance. It is essential to book as there will be a minimum and maximum number. Please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org to book a place and I will send you payment details. Places will be half price for those dependent on state benefits. Venue: The Hub is a 10-15 minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station or Bruce Grove mainline. There are buses running to the north and south of the Rec. Parking is available in neighbouring streets but restrictions apply at some times/days so do check. The Hub has a great cafe which is open for lunch, coffee, teas etc.
